Building Inspections - Our visual building inspection report covers the structural soundness of the building, significant defects to exterior and interior elements, the condition of the improvements to the property and any maintenance issues on the day of the building inspection. Pest & Termite Inspections - A full visual pest inspection of the exterior of the building and immediate surrounding property. All accessible internal rooms, the roof void and sub floor where applicable to detect termite activity, damage and conditions conducive to termite attack.

Handover Report - A comprehensive written handover report calls attention to any possible defects or substandard work that does not comply with the Building Code. This service entails a thorough building inspection of the property’s exterior and interior.

Asbestos Audits- An asbestos audit inspects for any asbestos in or around the property. The report details the location, condition, type and recommendations about any asbestos within the property and may include photographic evidence. Asbestos samples are taken for analysis by an accredited laboratory.

Pool Safety Inspections - Pool fencing laws have changed in Queensland, and if your property has a pool you will eventually need to have this inspected for compliance.
