Suburb Profile: Cooloola

The area to the west of Noosa Junction is known by locals as the "Cooloola Estate", it was subdivided as residential home sites in the early 1970's. The area has developed over the past 30 years into a secluded residential enclave with a mix of older homes which are gradually being snapped up and remodelled to reflect our more casual Noosa lifestyle.
