Home its own university, the University of the Sunshine is one of Australia's newest universities and offers a range of courses in idyllic settings.

In regards to other tertiary institutions there are several Sunshine Institute of TAFE's with campuses all over the Sunshine Coast.

There also exists educational support centres which include school support and various other facilities. Of course, there is also an abundant supply of both primary and secondary schools within both the public and private sectors.
