We currently offer them throughout the Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast regions.

About Freedom is an authorised provider of home modification and home handyman services to the Department of Veterans Affairs HomeFront and RAP programs in Queensland. We are an accredited service provider for Allianz Global Assistance in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Fraser Coast regions. If you or your family member are an eligible Gold or White Card holder under the Department of Veterans Affairs or eligible for assistance under the Home Assist Secure Program, please contact About Freedom to discuss your eligibility for free or subsidised assistance for home modifications and home handyman work. We also complete private work for those who prefer to self fund home maintenance or home modification work themselves.

About Freedom provides occupational therapy services to those experiencing illness or injury such as stroke, cardiac conditions, chronic illness or falls. We provide home and workplace assessments, rehabilitation services in the home and specialised equipment prescription, such as wheelchairs, pressure cushions, shower aids and ramps.

About Freedom helps you develop universally accessible environments that cater for the needs of people with disabilities, older people, carers and parents with young children. This includes people who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking frames or other mobility aids; people with visual impairment or hearing impairment; people with intellectual disability or cognitive disabilities such as acquired brain injury; carers and family members; and parents or grandparents who use prams or strollers for young children.

Our goal is to ensure your project complies with legislative requirements, particularly the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and its associated Disability (Access to Premises - Buildings) Standards 2010; meets relevant Australian Standards, caters for unique individual needs and, at the same time, creates a user friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment.
