WHO IS BODY FOR LIFE (AUST)?
With 20 years experience Jason Tinnock, one of Australia’s leading remedial and sports massage therapists. Body for Life (Aust) has a new practice in Peregian Beach (close to Noosa & Coolum on the Sunshine Coast), he is quickly building a reputation as a gifted therapist, known for his intuitive treatments and understanding of the human body. The focus of our treatments is on:
- Injury management, prevention and recovery;
- Preparation for sporting events;
- Developing programs to manage pain associated with muscular and skeletal conditions; and
- Educating our clients with self management strategies to improve their quality of life.
Jason will support you in looking after your body and maintaining or restoring it to optimal health and fitness so you can keep cycling, running, swimming, surfing, playing sport with your kids for the long term or just get down those stairs.
