Adapt Health Care is a multi-disciplinary allied health team providing mobile Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We specialise in the provision of rehabilitation to those living with injury or illness. We work with the elderly, the injured, children and veterans.
Adapt provides an efficient, responsive and cost-effective service through the provision of mobile Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy and the supply of mobility aids and equipment.
Adapt provides a mobile rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy service in our clients homes, work place or nursing home. There is no need for you to negotiate traffic to travel to us or queue in a waiting room. We will treat you in the environment in which you are most comfortable. This will let us see how you adapt to your everyday environment, not the artificial environment of a consultation room.
We predominantly provide therapy and equipment to patients on the Sunshine Coast but we also see clients across a wide region extending from the Brisbane CBD through to Hervey Bay.
