New pool safety laws have been introduced in Queensland. To help ensure swimming pools are safe in Queensland for all our little tackers, the Queensland Government has introduced a new set of codes for pool safety which means if you are a home owner, your pool must meet the pool safety laws. Have one of our qualified and licensed pool inspectors come out and conduct a mandatory pool safety inspection.
Owners of existing pools must ensure that their pools comply with new regulations by 30 November 2015 and if the property is being sold before that date, the owner must then obtain a pool safety certificate prior to the settlement of the contract.
