New Year's Eve Mooloolaba
The New Year's Eve Mooloolaba celebration is held on the
beautiful foreshore precinct of the renowned Mooloolaba beach. The event
features spectacular fireworks displays, roving street performers and buskers,
food stalls, face painting and temporary tattoos, carnival rides and amusements
as well as two stages packed full of entertainment for all the family. The main
stage features special children’s entertainment and shows up until the 8.30pm
fireworks and then national bands to lead into the midnight fireworks while the
beach stage has DJ’s all night for dancing on the beach. The free event is
gated, secure and patrolled. No alcohol, glass, drugs or intoxicated persons
