The Yoga for Beginners Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge. We meet once a week for six weeks. Wednesday Evenings from 6pm. Move the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul.
